Shrimp Fresh Rolls

Light, refreshing, and full of vibrant flavours - these Shrimp Fresh Rolls are perfect as a healthy appetizer or snack. Wrapped with crisp vegetables, sweet mango, and fresh herbs, they’re served with our signature Thai peanut sauce for the perfect bite every time.

Ingredients:

  • Boiled shrimp - 9 pieces

  • 1 head of lettuce (washed and separated into leaves)

  • Fresh spring roll rice paper wrappers

  • Red bell pepper - thinly sliced

  • Mango - thinly sliced

  • Cucumber - thinly sliced

  • Fresh mint leaves


Instructions:

  1. Soften the rice paper: Soak a sheet of rice paper in warm water for a few seconds until soft and pliable.

  2. Assemble the rolls: Place a sheet of softened rice paper on a flat surface. Lay a lettuce leaf in the center, followed by mango slices, cucumber red bell pepper, and mint leaves. Top with 3 pieces of boiled shrimp.

  3. Roll it up: Fold the sides inward then roll tightly from bottom up like a burrito. Repeat until all ingredients are used.

  4. Serve: Cut each roll into bit-sized pieces. Serve with fresh herbs and a side of Thai peanut sauce for dipping.
