About us

  • Founded in 2021, our journey began with the opening of my Thai restaurant in the heart of Muskoka. From the very beginning, we focused on creating authentic, homemade dipping sauces - including our signature peanut sauce and Thai spicy chili oil - to perfectly compliment our dishes. Our customers quickly fell in love with the unique flavours and began asking if they could purchase the sauces on their own. Inspired by their enthusiasm and support, we decided to make our popular peanut sauce available to the public. Today, our sauces are crafted with the same care, quality ingredients, and traditional Thai flavours that made them a favourite in our restaurant.

What can I use Thai peanut sauce for?

Our Thai peanut sauce is incredibly versatile! Use it is a dip for satay, fresh rolls, shrimp chips, or sticky rice. It also works beautifully in salads, stir-fries, rice, noodles, or even as a flavour booster in curries!

Where is your sauce made?

Every batch is freshly handcrafted in the kitchen of Thong Thai Cuisine in Muskoka!

Is it gluten-free?

Yes! Our recipe is naturally gluten-free, and we use gluten-free soy sauce alternatives!

Is it vegetarian?

Yes - our Thai peanut sauce is 100% vegetarian with no meat contamination!

How long does it last after opening?

Keep it refrigerated after opening, it stays fresh for up to 12 weeks. Stir well before use, and microwave for 10 seconds to bring out its best flavour and texture!

Can I cook with it?

Absolutely! Our Thai peanut sauce is much more than just a dip. Stir it into rice or noodles, use it in stir-fries, BBQ meats, or as a rich base for curries and roasted vegetables.

Is your peanut sauce spicy?

It has a mild, balanced heat - flavourful but not overpowering. It is kid-friendly and great for those who prefer a gentle kick. Want more heat? Add some fresh Thai chili for an extra punch!

Can I buy it outside of the farmers market?

Yes! We sell weekly at local Muskoka farmers markets - Saturdays at Orillia Farmers Market and Sundays at Gravenhurst Community Market. We're also working on local stockists and shipping - stay tuned via our website or Instagram for updates!

Do you offer samples at the farmers market?

Absolutely! Come say hi - we always have samples ready for you to try. We love hearing your feedback and seeing your reactions!

Does it contain allergens?

Yes. It contains peanuts and coconut milk. Although we take great care in preparation, it is made in a kitchen that also handles tree nuts, shellfish, and dairy. Please consume with caution if you have sever allergies.
